you really need to train your staff....doormen were dck heads....train your doormen to be polite and courteous to everyone as they are the first impression...tell ur chef to keep an eye on quality control,teach your cooks or hire better ones. This place isnt cheap so expextations are high...the beutiful decor and honeymoon period will wear out and you will be left with crappy food and rude staff.
